1. Acceptance
By using DocWise at docwise.apptechno.net, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. DocWise is operated by AppTechno (Murat Akkemik, Sweden).
2. Use of Service
- You must be at least 13 years old to use DocWise.
- You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Free plan limits (operations per day) apply as described on the pricing page.
- You are responsible for the documents you process.
3. Local Processing
All document operations run locally in your browser. We do not upload or store your files on our servers unless you explicitly save them to your account. You retain full ownership of your documents.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro plans are billed annually as described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are considered within 7 days of purchase — contact us at info@apptechno.net.
5. Advertising
Free plan users may see advertisements served by Google AdSense. Pro plan users are ad-free.
6. Intellectual Property
All DocWise code, design, and branding is owned by AppTechno. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.
7. Disclaimer
DocWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
AppTechno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DocWise.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
